Know Your Audience

As we're practicing jump spinning front kicks* in taekwondo class the other night, it occurs to me that this is the same kick Blade uses at the end of the first movie to boot the syringe of EDTA into Frost's forehead. Suddenly I'm gripped by the impulse to announce "Some motherfuckers are always trying to ice skate uphill", but think the better of it considering half the people there are too young to get the context.

For damn sure was thinking it, though.

*spin backward, pump your rear knee into the air for lift, then deliver a front kick with the other foot
